Came across this piece of interview on the Edible Selby which talked about Mya Henry and Eric Werner, two New Yorkers who have decided to set up a rustic cocina (kitchen) on the Mexican coast despite the challenges they have to overcome to turn over a new leaf in life.
The interview started like this:
"Most people keep their New Year's resolutions simple: exercise, save money, volunteer..."
When talk about dreams, cliche has it that u always have to cover yourself with scratches before you can finally grab the tail of it.
